I have installed & sold a lot of cable kits with Magnum and have very few if any issues. I did reach out to the customer who posted this thread yesterday and apologized about any delays in response from our staff at Eastern Performance. We do try to contact every customer in a timely manner whether it be a sale or issue.
When he returns from Sturgis I told him that if he wanted a new cable he would have one shipped to him and we will handle the warranty directly with Magnum/Drag.
They are both stand up companies from my personal experience and we try everyday to be even better at Eastern Performance.
