I think your gonna need a kuryakyn rtb or custom dynamic,s rtb module or get a bal-1 brakelight with many flash pattern,s if you want to get someone's attention bal-1 is best .
I bought it used on the forums classifieds for about 1/2.
fair deal, works great
not only are the flash patterns adjustable, but just the run and brake functions can be made MUCH brighter.
mine is set for a couple of quick flashes, then steady on
this is the pattern a riding Pal used, and I found it worked well to catch attention with out being obnoxious
TOO bright or TOO much flashing can cause target fixation in drivers- there have been studies showing an increase in collisions with stopped cop cars since bright flashing leds have come more into use...I know that sometimes I can;t see past or around a stopped emergency vehicle with more lights than Iron Maiden
From what I've been reading, the CD smart triple play does it all. Run turn brake and many strobe patterns. I was hoping to not have to start over. I just GOT this aux. brake light module. There has to be one that will work with it.
