hey guys a few ???????????
is a KandN filter really all its said to be??? if i install one will i have any adj's to make?
are those hose clamps on the exh heat shields and can they be turned so you dont see em?

Saw an interesting demo in an auto parts store. Had a display with 2 small 5 inch fans sucking air into a tube with a ping pong ball in it. With the K&N filter the air sucked through the filter would blow the ball to the top of the tube. Change it out and put in a paper filter and the ball would fall to the bottom. Put my hand over the K&N filter and you could feel the air being sucked in. Definately more air moving with the K&N. Maybe just a gimmick but I thought it was interesting.

By itself its better than a stocker but nothing to write home about. Combined with other mods it always has proven itself a valuable puzzle piece when you get the write formula.

The S/E air filter is NOT a K&N!!!! It's paper for one thing! If you sneeze on it, it will dissolve.....
