Fender Swap
Swapping out my 13 FLHTC rear fender with a 12 FLHX fender. I'm sure this has been addressed many times so if someone has a thread link, pass it on. My question is will the wiring harness from the EG plug & play with the SG? I have the manuals just can't seem to find the answer. The wiring harness has a PN68772-09A. Do I need to find a harness for a 12 FLHX & splice them together? If so anyone got any info? Cheers.

the flhx has the run turn brake type convertor/module in teh trilight at the bottom of teh fender.
a service manual wiring diagram will show you which and how the bike wiring needs to connect to the fender
if you are making a wiring harness, consider than soldered joints do not hold up well on vehicles- crimped connections are better
