My HD helmet is made by KBC. Pretty simple to find out the manufacture of the one you like. Find the HD helmet online at the HD site, click on the "Feature" tab and usually the manufacture will be listed.

For instance the HD Pioneer helmet is the Bell Pit Boss others here have referred to. Here's the link to the HD site for the Pioneer helmet:
