I just went on the HD website and it said my 07 roadking needed to be brought in for the following, "0903: PRD PGM:TORQUE SMOOTH CALIBRN". I have already installed VH ovals, Arlewn ness Big sucker and a PC3. Do I still need to take this in to get it done?

If you are running a PCIII it won't make any difference. The PCIII has the final "say" in what the engine does. Now, if you were to remove the PCIII and were just running on the ECM, the flash would be important.

If I take the bike in for servicing do I need to take off the PC3? It will be going in soon for the 1000 mile and for them to swap my rotors now. with the other stuff installed I don't think i should ride it with the PC 3 off.
i had some of the same mods added to my rkc and the 903 was not needed because pcIII takes care of it but i was told to take to dealer so they can let harley know it was taken care of
