Has anyone put a bullet style headlight on a Street Glide. Wondering what it would look like to have a headlight that stuck out a ways from the fairing. I've seen a few pics of SGs with an extended trim ring but I'd like to see something with a headlight more like the attached picture.
All but the visor would be hidden inside the Street Glide fairing, so not a big difference.
That is assuming it get's installed in that manner. From the OP's post, it sounds like he is wondering what it would look like if it was installed in such a manner that the bullet headlight was sticking further out of the fairing.
Would definitely be a custom fit job, would probably look strange too. I've seen some custom Road Kings with a bullet style light, never a SG though.
I've got a feeling it would look kinda strange too. Idea just popped into my head the other day though and I'd like to see it on a bike if I could.

Correct. Thing is I don't know if they make a light big enough around to fill up enough of the huge space in the fairing for it to look good.
