krinkle black on engine touch up?
There are a couple places on my engine case of my 2002 Road King, where the black textured paint/coating has chipped off, exposing aluminum. Largest is maybe 1/4" x 1/4"... large enough to catch you eye.
Is there a paint that blends into this finish?
I'm worried that if I take some flat black and brush on it the spots, it will look worse....I want it to disappear....
anyone successfully touch up their engine cases?

O'reilly's has rattle cans of VHT wrinkle black spray paint. You could tape off the area after a good cleaning and hit with the wrinkle black and be good to go. I don't know if it will match perfectly but it might be worth trying on a scrap piece first.

Look in the catalog or ask your dealer. They have a felt pen paint tube with engine paint in it. Be sure it is clean and dry and you won't know it was done. I would send pictures but I did not take pre paint shots and now it looks like it wasn't there. Dab on and let dry.
