cruise switch
anyone ever have their cruise switch stick and start throwing codes?
any obvious quick fixes other than switch replacement? any magic elixirs to spray into switch?
happen 3 week ago after bike set outside in rain storm. still throwing codes as of yesterday.
i can wiggle the switch and the light will go off and cruise will work intermittently.
seems its the switch, could be wrong, other areas to check?
2010 road glide, TBW, yaffee bars installed plus 1.5 years. no issues previously.
thoughts?

I disagree with using wd 40. It might fix it short term but the residue it leaves attracts dust and dirt and will shortly make the problem worse.
Go to the auto parts store and get some electrical contact cleaner. That will clean and dry the contacts without leaving a nasty, oily residue behind.
