I find the CD's the best along with an I-pod into the aux jack with minimum compression on the download ,,,,,,
a good sat radio into the aux jack with the line out volume at maximum ,,,,,,, is the next best choice ,,,,,

hey pal ,,,,, I happen to be up here in Lake George NY talking to customers from morning till night ,, giving two seminars ,,,, and taking care of the management of two displays, one on the beach and the other at the forum ,,,,,, so I apologize if I don't respond to this boardfast enough,,,,
as for RoadGlide2004's post ,,, I had not seen it before you mentioned it ,,,,,,,,,
but I do NOT agree with him at all ,,,,, the new J&M speakers are MUCH better thanthe older models ,,,,, grill tweeter or no grill tweeter ,,,, so maybe it might be best if I ignor it instead of instigating an argument ,,,,,
but maybe you would prefer that I respond to all that BS being tossed about over on the Hog Tunes thread also ? ,,,,,

I think JMJOHN does a good job posting on here and following up - guess he's human and missed one- I'm a business owner also and I must say I'm impressed with his company's success and his interest and support of this board.

the older J&M speakers were very good ,,,,, the new ones are even better ,,,,,,,
what you need to remember is that I compare all of these speakers, side by side, in a specially built test fixture ,,,, with a switch, switching back and forth with the same track of music, playing from the same music source and ampifier ,,,,,,
I don't guess ,, I don't just post my perceptions here ,,, when I say I have compared the J&M speakers to our previous models ,,, I have really compared them side-by-side ,,,,,,
same with my comparisions of the J&M speakers and Hog Tunes ,,,,,, not my perception or just marketing talk ,,,, I have compared them side-by-sidewith our test fixture ,,,, THEN on the actual motorcycle on the highway ,,,, same speeds, same CD ,,,, same day ,,,,,,
I do the best job I know how ,,,, and if the J&M speakers are not better ,,, I alter their design until they are ,,,,,,,
