Air filter question
I have a '07 Ultra with SE Stage II, 103, SE Stage I AC, and PCIII. All was good until I installed an Arlen Ness air filter today at work. When I went home, I noticed a hesitation on acceleration from start and low speed accel. Now it bucks when taking off from stop at times. Acts as if it is running really lean.
My question is, "Does the Arlen Ness filter really flow that much more than the Stage I filter to cause this"?

Reinstall your original filter and see if the problem still exists. Check the breather pipes haven't come away from the base plate while you were fitting it. If the problem goes away with the original filter you will need to have the module reprogrammed. In general it should only make a minor difference to the mixture with fitting a bigger hi flow filter. Also, the filter may not be seated correctly. Are the longer spacers allowing the filter to seal on the base plate. Just slowly go over everything you have done and recheck it. Good luck.
