I installed se255s and had bike dyno tuned. Runs well. However sometimes when i come to a stop at a light the idle will drop to about 750-800 for a few seconds. Any thoughts as to why this happens? Its not all the time but it bugs me.

Check your IAC.....Idle Air Controller..........might be sticking a little.........take off air cleaner.......stuff a shop rag in the throttle body to catch the dirty stuff........IAC is the hole just inside at the 12 oclock position(It is on a 07 model)........spray a cleaner in there while toggling the kill switch off and on........ignition must be in the ON position for it to toggle.....use a cleaner that has the straw to really get in there.......this must be done with the engine OFF.
The only sensor i see on throttle body looks like map sensor. I cleaned it, it was covered in black crap. Seems a little better so far.
Yea it's that hole at 12 oclock inside.......it need to move up and down.......if there's a lot of crap in there it jams....upsetting idle.....and sometimes starting.
Clean it every oil change and you should never have a problem with it.
BTW .....that CRAP is most likely oil from the breather set up .......don't over fill oil when changing......keep it at middle of stick.......go any higher and it's plumbed to the air cleaner.......which is then sucked in the throttle body......thereby messing up the IAC
