I just put RH true duals on my "07 FLHT & installed a map from Latus. Sometimes when I slowdown or stop, the bike will not idle bellow 1200-1400 rpm, when I shut off the engine & start-up again it is good, idle speed is set @ 976 rpm. Mike is gone until tuesday. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this ? If I buggered an O2 sensor in the swap would this be a symptom?

I wouldn't expect an 02 sensor to mess with your RPM at idle. Can we rule out a binding idle/throttle cable or your throttle lock being too tight?
Did you also install an air cleaner or is the only mod done the pipes? Do you notice any other odd behaviour from the bike other than high idle?
Yes I have a big sucker AC, I had a V&H pro pipe & changed to the RH's. The bike never did it until the new map was installed. Throttle cabels are good.
I can't come up with a map related reason for your idle problem. If idle RPM is set then it sounds to me like a sensor is giving you bad data. In some senarios your RPM setting will be overridden based on some ECM programing for a specific condition like warm up for example, but again I can't explain your sometimes issue with that.
If you were also experencing some issues during accel and decel I would have suggested TPS sensor. Read recenly about another guy on here who installed a new AC and damaged the TPS with the oversized screw that came with the package.
FYI I fixed the problem, the timing at closed throttle was 1250 rpm--20, 1500--30, 1750--40. I changed it to 18 (as in the canned #78 map) and the engine comes down to normal idle now.
