Which Frogg Toggs are you using? They come in quite a few different flavors?

If you buy Frog Toggs be careful they melt easy .
Ask me how I know . H-D or one with heat proof
pants would be best . As stated earlier it's not that
hard to find used H-D .

I have seen more frogg toggs melted on pipes and engines than one can imagine. I would never sport them i rather be soaked. I use the harley hi-vis rainsuit, and it's awesome. Been in downpours for hours on end and never once got wet. Don't get anything without a thin hood built in so you can put it under the helmet. Hoodless gear just funnels rain down your back as it runs right off helmet on to your neck. This suit is the best 185 i ever spent.....

I had a Nelson Riggs suit that came with a 2 year warranty. First time I wore it I got soaked in the pant area. They sent me a replacement pair and while they were better I still got wet in the crotch area. I advised them I wanted to return them for a refund under the two year warranty. I was refused the refund and also refused the option of exchanging for another brand. I ended up having my credit card company charge it back.

When it comes to rain suits, my experience is that you get what you pay for. I have a horror story or two, but the end to misery when riding in the rain finally ended for me when I bought HD's Rutledge rain suit:

I use the HD high visibility rain suit - very well made and very dry.

suggest using seam seal in the seat area just for insurance

I have used the HD hi vis for 6 years now, it leaked once last time I wore it. It has thousands of miles of use. I have just sealed the seams, hopefully that fixes it. If not, I will by another HD Hi Vis.
