Exactly what I did, stock cover over AN Big Sucker, decat pipe, Big Louies and FP3. Runs great! Did not for awhile but the FP3 pulled it all together

And always remember to carry a rag or two so you can wipe down the saddle bag and cam cover etc. Poor design a/c IMHO.
If you have a smart phone, look up FP3 tuner app, install, then do a tutorial. Follow the instructions and you will be surprised how quick you can install a tune for your bike
