If you had the Stage 1 download before then you have it now. The EMC download is done by a HD service center. HD is the only ones who can change the EMC download. The PCIII and other tuners do not change the HD download.
TheECM flash is done by the dealer, or an Indy shop with access to a factory computer. It's really all you need if you are just doing slip-ons and an A/C. It will also raise your rev-limiter up to about about 6200rpm, however if you have a power commander you don't need the flash. The PCIII can also raise your rev limiter, and make all the same adjustments as the flash. If you didn't get the flash, then you want to download the map without the download.
I did have the dealer do the Stage I download. It was free. I just wondered that if I changed the pipes do I have to get another download. Just like I had to get another map on the PCIII. Isee the answer is "no".
I am now running Thunderheaders. Oh that deep rumble is something else. I started it for my neighbor yesterday and his grin was bigger than mine.
hows your bike running with the thunderheaders and the Fullsac conversion, Do you have any bad popping on decel or anything?
I'm just wondering if I'd be happy with the fullsac conversion, I'm running Hooker slip ons w/ stage 1 a/c and download, I've heard some negative things from the dyno guys at my local stealership about Duals and the inability to tune them without a PCIII
