i am not sure if this is even possible, but I like to believe with enough modifications anything is possible. So, can't you take the faring along with everything that is contained in the faring (gauges,navigation, etc.) from a 2014- present FLH and put it on a 2011 FLHTC?
I'm guessing that this would require you to replace the ecm and a numerous other major electric components, but would like to know if it is even possible.

the 2014 introduced the canbus electrical system to the touring series.
it is possible.
it is also possible to sell the 11 and buy a 14- you'd probably come out ahead on money- you'd definitely save time!
