Default I can appreciate a Bagger!

I had to take a 2 hour ride the other morning. Half of it was highway, the other half was unfamiliar back roads.

For the long trip I threw on my detachable bags, windshield and comfortable two up seat.

As I started down the highway, I was thinking how cool it would be to have some tunes with me (XM or Sirius).

As I got onto the unfamiliar back roads I was thinking how cool it would be to have a GPS system to guide me to my destination.

But most of all I really wish I had a travel mug holder. That would have been the *****!!

I told my son when he bought his '99 FatBoy that he should have bought a RK - that sooner or later he'll wish he did... Well within 6 months he went out bought a windshield & saddlebags for trips... Sold the FB and bought a RK - Now after riding my '07 RG - he's selling his RK and going to get a RG or SG but waiting for the '08's to see what the change is going to be..

All right, I'll bite.....

You HAD to take a two hour trip, or you were lucky enough to take a two hour trip?

I guess for you two hours is a long trip, and that's fine. Two hours on a bagger is just getting warmed up for the day.
