I thought these forums were to help members/people/riders out with upgrades, problems or questions in general that their not familiar with.
Since I myself have been in his shoes I give an opinion to only be shot down by someone that seems to have more experience with audio than any member on this post.
Why not try to help him out?
What kind of system you running so we all know what we're doing wrong?
It was already mentioned, but the audio section will provide tons of information on nearly every configuration possible. There are many things you need to decide: doing the system yourself, just a head unit, speakers, speakers and amp, ready made package or pieced together package...imagination and wallet are your limiting factors when it comes to audio. I see you're in GA, not sure how far of a drive it is for you but Chris at Garage Bagger Stereo in SC was a huge help to me when I was building my system. Good luck with your system and feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions.
If you gonna quote me. Quote it all..Lol. I said, "Mmmm.... There's lots better brother. No offense intended at all.

I meant that. I wasn't bagging on your decision just sharing mine with the OP because he asked. V-twin makes some good stuff but we have been having trouble with fit and finish lately on their products so I'm steering clear of it for more quality controlled products. I've never found a speaker so good that I could ever say as you did that there's nothing better to my ears so congratulations brother .I'm glad you found something that makes you completely satisfied. That's hard to do! Just curious, what are you running on your ride?

I'm to old to be cruising through town blaring my music trying to impress who ever that cares.
Let me guess you won 1st place in the sound competition last year at Daytona bike week? If so congratulations I'm sure someone cares..........

Dang dude grumpy much? I don't know if you're too old to be cruising through town with your radio blasting but apparently you are too old to have anyone question your choice in audio because if they do you pitch a hissy fit and attack them. You're right, this is a place for help and discussion. He didn't like your choice and he shared that opinion in an attempt to keep the OP from wasting his money on that over priced shrill sounding music equipment choice. You took it personally that he didn't like your audio comment and made a smart comment about him winning Daytona and how nobody cared. Then said he must think he knows more about audio than anybody else on the post. Why wasn't his comment just as valuable as yours? He can't question your opinion? I'd suggest a thicker skin or some research on how to interact civilly during an open exchange of ideas on a forum. By the way, I can put you in touch with the guy who won 3rd at Daytona and let him tell you what he thinks about J&M if that is important to you. My buddies and I have a little saying. "Friends, don't let friends, buy J&M" (unless it's an amp tray). I'm glad you found something that works for you because in the end that's really all that matters but geez lighten up brother.
