I'm gonna say @ eight. Don't quote me on that though!

 

According to the HD Job/Time Code manual, to replace both cylinders and pistons: 3.5 hours
That does seem fast, but keep in mind that does not include any other work, such as: replacing piston rings, deglazing cylinder, replacing cylinder studs, etc

 

Remember, the flat rate book is for a skilled and practiced (yeah, I know, dream on) mechanic in a well set up shop, with all the factory tools and a skilled helper when needed.

Your time in home garage may vary. Lots.
