Do you light wash your bike with them on, or do you need to take them off if you are going to use a garden hose for rinsing?

We don't yet have a firm release date, but watch our website - we're going to be putting a splash up about it when it's ready.
I just received my set of Mustang lid covers yesterday. They came highly recommended by a few guys on the forum. Will be putting them on the bike in a few weeks after I get it out of storage.

I've always washed my bike with the covers in place. I've never had a problem.
