Depends on how you look at it. Exhaust and intake first you will feel the low end power loss, will also get exhaust pop quiet regular. If you do the PV my understanding is you will prevent these issues and also get a little bet over the stock tune also.
I did the reverse order is how I know the first part.
yes, have a look at the fuelmoto website- suggest then because they are very very good on customer service.
the PCV is outmoded and better options are available to you, power vision for one.
if you are on a budget you can look at nightrider.com xieds/vieds and get a good result.
( I have used their version for my 09 for years to good result)
also suggest a high flow air filter, such as K&N in your stock housing ( or a ness big sucker w/ chrome backing plat about $120 on ebay from easternpc)
suggest also a header with teh catalytic converter cut out- either DIY or ebay- $150
and you can reuse your stock mufflers ( it will be louder than it is now)
these changes for under $400 will give you more sound and about 10 horsepower

Plus one on the Ebay decatted head pipe. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are good with a wrench nothing on a Stage One is hard to do. As someone else mentioned not really a stage one without all three things...........
