Yeah, two weeks sounds like a service backlog to me. Unless, of course, it's one of those dealers that has to order every part. Then a week to 10 days of that is wait time. I had a dealer tell me it would be 10 days to get a front master cylinder rebuild kit. Two other dealers close had them in stock. I raised a stink until they agreed to get it locally and had the bike back the next day.

If the bike was in winter "storage" not be operated how did the seal blow out? Or it was bad when it went in for storage. How many miles on your bike? I got the shorter springs for my Hayden M6 and that will be going back in shortly. I am just not sold on a auto tensioner that just tightens, tightens and tightens some more. Then indy route might be the way but with spring coming the wait times could get longer at the indy also.
