One of those things that come up over and over. You don't even have to read the thread to figure out, what they removed.
I guess we all make mistakes. But if you don't know don't do it.

actually, this OP pulled a plug from the rt side crankcase...ain;t never seen that before- see pic.

usually it's the one next to the oil drain- which has a different torque spec

and oil pan busted is way cheaper than crankcase busted

From where I and some of the other Guys sit we see the same 5 or 6 rookie errors frequently.

Anyway I posted my idea of a fix earlier.

Back in the 70's in my grandfathers machine shop he gave me some very good advise that still holds true today.

"If you don't know what you're doing don't touch it".

09 ultra. I do have the shop manual and look d at it tonight. I cannot see what the OP is referring to any where in the manual. Not going to the shop tonight to look under bike. I have no glue what would be green outside of coolant.
