That's cool! Did you go with ST600? Which amp? I've been looking at them and wasn't sure it it's worth the money. Do you mind to post some updates on sound performance at highway speed? Also could you, please, measure diameter of the housing? I need to check if they fit on my handlebars. Thanks!

Yes this is the ST600 Fosgate amp. Its loud enough for highway for sure. This is my second set I've had on my bikes. The owner actually came down to the dealer to install it himself before I picked up the bike new. Great people! But you'll need to cut a hole in your saddle bag, looks nice if done correctly..I'll get back to you on the diameter..

Ok, thanks man! So I guess amp is too big to fit in the mid frame area? That's where I mounted my current boss audio amp.

I'm not sure if it'll fit there I never tried. Just drilled out a small hole in the back of my saddlebag, put a grommet in and ran it under my seat and so forth.. This is the size of the amp
1.53 x 4.25 x 6.75 (in.)

appreciate amp measurements. I’m gonna measure mid frame space, sounds like it may fit in there.

which ones?

if you're in LA, pay Factory 47 in Pico Rivera a visit. They have a mockup in their shop with different bars/heights you can try out

I just realized this is in the M8 hierarchy not so much a RK specific thread. I'll delete it or move it if that makes sense?

Hey guys, I'm just joining this thread as a new RK owner. At 70 years old with my 2nd knee replacement in the rearview, I decided to downsize off my 2011 Ultra and upgrade to a Rushmore RK. New ones weren't in my affordability range, unless I took out a loan and I found lots of low miles used ones out there. I finally decided on a bone stock except for docking hardware and passenger backrest 2015. Non-ABS. It's got 2150 miles on the clock. It's 2 tone green and black. It didn't cost me a lot to do the trade, but now I need to make it mine.

I had 12.5" Wild One Chubbies on the Ultra, that I really liked and I am thinking that is what I'll do on this bike. I'm 5'11" tall, 33" sleeve and 31" inseam and the bike seems cramped for me. I'm thinking I need a new seat that put's me back a bit, and maybe up a bit. Any suggestions for a seat? (the last time I road two up was more than 20 years ago)

I am also bringing my floorboard 1.25" extensions and footpegs over from the Ultra. With the bars and a little bit back seat I'm thinking my ergos may be better. Does that sound right?

Next stop is fuel moto for headpipe, mufflers, and air cleaner to do a stage 1. I already own a Powervision, so just need to buy the new license to move it over to this bike. Suggestions welcomed here as well.

I'm attaching 2 pics of the bike as it stands now. Not very good pics, but to give an idea of where I'm starting from.
