Be careful with that kit. The trim ring for the fuel cap does not like fuel. This is what happened the first time I removed the cap at a gas station on a hot day and the vapors hit it.

Have you had problems with the trim ring chipping? I've gone thru two of them and yes, I am very careful with the gas nozzle! And NO! I will NOT buy an electric bike...or car! LOL

No I haven't, it looks brand new. The bike doesn't sit in the garage, I do ride it.
I'm trying to think if I let it touch the trim ring when I ma holding the gas nozzle
Guess that's my mistake. I GENTLY insert & put it on auto & leave it. Trim ring should be powder coated & tough, but it chips away where I rest the gas nozzle. A weak point for sure. Made in China no doubt!
