I hear you, and thanks for the advice. But its been a week since I ordered them, so, theres shipping charges and what not that the dealership already had to pay. These are being shipped here from the States. Also, the roads here are not as straight and open as in the US - a lot of twisties (darn Swiss Alps ) - 16s might be a bit too tall for me to retain the needed level of control for the riding I have to do here. I may be wrong - time will tell. Good to see that youve recovered after the crash and just waiting on your bike 👍🏻

Still waiting on my bike to get fixed up. Progressive Insurance treated me great! Very smooth process...and fast!
They say they won't fit my 2019 RKS either. The reviews have some fitment comments too. Some fit, some don't...not sure what the difference is as these signals seem pretty universal on most HD models to me.
After all this, wiring the bars would have been a SNAP for you! This would all be next NEXT level for me on my own. Nice job tackling it.
tried 4 times and snapped a couple of connectors from the right harness. Scratched up our brand new dining table and barely survived that. Decided to take a deep breath and let the dealer to have fun with it, especially after I told them to add heated grips to it (more wires) lol. I replaced and bled hydraulic lines and changed the fork cartridges myself. Also, changed the riser bushings to polyurethane ones and it was a bitch to get them in.

I had my moments with my bars for sure. Snapped connectors and dinging up the dining room table probably would have pushed me over the edge too. You are tackling a much bigger job in my book for what its worth. Maybe there should be a regional skill swap forum here those who can do some jobs but not others and they trade roles. I coulda done your wiring, you could deal with my fork upgrades hahaha! Any difference in scale gets made up with beer. 😎👍
Youre going to love the new bars AND the heated grips. Its finally getting cooler here and they make it a different experience for sure.
Wise man! My wife made it clear that I need to keep all motorcycle related stuff in the garage 😂.
Which heated grips did you get? Im in the middle of deciding which to get - leaning towards the Empire collection.

That would be awesome to have a "skill" swap. My strongest skill is drinking beer!
Since I liked my regular Kahuna grips I went with their heated version (same as on CVOs I believe)
Oscar do you think the Kahuna grips feel thick in your hands? I have the HD Get-A-Grip grips and really like them b/c they don't feel huge in my hand. I have other Kahuna accessories and was wondering if I should match them with the grips. $140.00 for the Kahuna grips ain't cheap.
