5 foot 9 inches. Pushes me forward just a bit which is good as I was having trouble leaning back into the stock back rest while still holding onto the handle bars. For me it was a good fit.
Thanks for your answer...
At 5"11 I think it will be good for me too because when i ride i put my hand behind my back between the saddle and me and that's just what i need, but this saddle has a reputation for being very firm, what do you think ?
It's firm but even on a long ride it didn't bother me. My only complaint is that the thing is a sponge when it gets wet. Wiping the seat off after washing it or a being caught in the rain will do nothing. It absorbs into the seat and takes forever to dry out. Be prepared to have a wet butt lol.
I had my first issue with this RKS over the weekend, 30min into the ride, 80F outside, was in 3rd and had a fuel cut, bike did not stall, just coasted, twisting the throttle did nothing, left like it was out of fuel, CEL came on, I pulled in the clutch, pulled over, shut the ignition switch off, restarted the bike and it ran perfect for the rest of the day. I went into the diagnostics mode, all fields had no codes.
I was talking to a buddy of mine who does minor bike repair, he said that this is a common thing for M8 computers, happens once a year or so.
Anyone experience this? Anything I should check? Only had about 5k miles on it.
Not sure if I should pay Harley for diagnostics to tell me they found no issues or let it go?

I have a 2020 and it's never happened to me knock on wood. I wouldn't waste your time going to a dealership, your bike will come out in worse shape than when you took it in.
That's great you got to try out a 20" and now know for sure what size you'll need. I agree that looking over the windshield is way better that looking through. Some companies, like Long Ride Shields, make windshields that have a slight curve at the top that kicks the wind a bit higher and over the rider even though the shield is shorter. Hope you can find what you need, happy trails!!
Cheers, Chris

I had something similar happen yesterday, I was riding at 60mph ( cruise control) and I let go of the handlebars with my right hand to adjust the mirror slightly and accidentally flicked the kill switch!
It was lucky that I heard it click off, my bike began to slow and in a second or so I turned it back on and all was fine but had I not realised that I had turned the kill switch off I would have had no clue as to why my bike had stopped!
Maybe something similar happened to yours?
I wouldnt bother taking it to a dealer unless it happens again.
Rob.

That's an interesting scenario for sure!
In my case I was riding with a small group, we were going thru backroad twisties, so I was focused on the road and the bike in front of me, watching for brake lights, as the turns were from 5mph to 25mph, covered by mountains and greenery! I just came out of a turn, hit a straight with a steady throttle doing about 45mph in 3rd and as I tried to accelerate there was nothing there, I got confused on the issue, downshifted, then realized I was coasting (just like running out of fuel), so before the next turn or uphill, I quickly pulled over, shut off the ignition switch and was able to restart to quickly catch up to the group.
After that I rode another 60+ miles with zero issues, so trying to think of all things to cause this. If the bike was older or had many miles, I would be more concerned about a worn out part. I just hate mystery failures, especially when you are in the middle of no where!

I have just under 50K miles on my 17 RKS and have never experienced anything like this. This is my 4th Harley, 3rd FI EFI and have never had anything like this. I have hit the kill switch, a few times actually, moving my hands around. One thing sounds odd; you wrote " then realized I was coasting (just like running out of fuel)" Did you not have a noticeable deceleration from compression braking? When I bump my run/stop I know right away due to engine braking. When you restarted it, do you recall what steps you took such as cycling the dash ignition or checking the run/stop handlebar switch?
