I doubt (IMO) if they do the RKS in 18 that it will be much if any different except for maybe color. Mid year releases don't leave much time for change if carried into the next year. We'll see. My local dealer still sells them as fast as they get them. He finally got a red one in and it was on the floor for 3 days. Most have been the denim grey so that appears to be the most common color of the 4 available. I have yet to see another Olive Gold one like mine.
I believe that is correct... Finally put in my order for 12" Factory 47 Malo Bars for my RKS ..
Install will be done by end of the month.. doing them with the Black Defiance hand grips and the HD Low Profile Black Mirrors
Pretty stoked ! I think the 1.5 Bars fit this bike better .. personal opinion of course.
How are the new grips? Im torn between the Defiance grips, Arlen Ness Comfort Deep Cut and Kuryakyn ISOs. The defiance ones would go with my floorboards, the Ness ones would go with my air cleaner and the ISOs were just so damn comfy on the Dyna lol.
Any opinions on the above grips?
Here is a few pics of my Fuel Moto head pipe install. Very straightforward and easy actually. Thought it was a good time to install a billet contrast cut brake lever since I was taking the exhaust off anyway.
I took some pics outside before I took it apart again! Lol.
Just picked up my Grey RKS. I need a windshield .
Can you see thru the tinted windshield at night?

I actually look over the shield, it hits me just below my chin. With the recurve the air flow goes just over my helmet. I forget the shield is there at night. Welcome the the RKS club!
