I'm about to do Kuryakyn Driving Lights on mine. Currently have a stock RK windshield (like you posted) and they will work. I'm actually switching to the CVO style mount with a Freedom Shield and the Kuryakyns will work with that setup also.
just so we are on the same page

this is what I'm talking about working with the freedom CVO shield.

Yes. I can mount the regular and CVO style shorter shields on mine.

C&C solo seat with blue flame stitching. Has a gel pad for comfort. Has a back reast as well. Not a great long trip seat

Default Nasty stock Shift Linkage

I got tired of looking at the stock linkage and really didn't want to put out $100 for a new one so I removed the stock, cleaned, sanded and primered it, then gave it two coats of gloss black. 30 minutes (sans drying time) and $3.86 in paint (I had the primer and blue lock tite). The pictures are crappy but the linkage looks great, plus you could use any color you want!

^That is exactly what I did to mine, however, I took one notch higher and painted most of my zinc head bolts and a few other spots...

In addition added the following mods:

1. Heated Grips
2. Passing Lamps
3. Oil Cooler Fan Motor
4. USB iPhone Charging ports

How involved is the wiring on this? How did you go about routing the wires? Thanks - Looks great!
