Hi Everyone,
Just had Rinehart TD's installedand had the bike dyno'd, already had the SERT and the dealership had dyno problems so allI really got installed was the base map for the TD's not a complete dyno tune. The bike dyno'd out at 74 hpand 84 tq. max. The mechanic let me watch everything he did so I'm pretty confident in the work done. He said that he could probably only get me maybe 1 to 2 more hp with a complete tuneand that I might even loose a little torque. The bike as set up now has the Rinehart TD's, SE high flow air with K&N filter and the SERT. Do these numbers sound about right to ya'll.
those numbers are good...im running 74.25 h.p. and 87.03 tourqe thats running canned program #78. bike runs very well. the only issue i'm having is a bit of pinging when i give it full throttle in 6th gear from 80 mph. i dont do that too often so i'm not worried ,,,but i do feel i need some additional dyno time to maximize performance.this is the problem with the sert,it takes a lot of runs, a lot of time,a lot of money, and most importantly the right guy on the dyno to get things dialed in properly,,,im still trying to find that guy.
I have the same on 07 EG Classic- Rinehart TD's, SE stage one and SERT and my dyno came out with 89 torque and 73.6 max hp- love the sound of the RTD's and after 1000 miles, my tips are still black.
