My only experience with installing tourpak hardware would be changing out the original pin hinges for the Harley replacement hinges. That required drilling out the original riveted hinges and enlarging the same holes to allow for the new screws to fit. The replacement hinges were made to fit the original hole locations which in turn only needed to be enlarged. My guess would be that you could use either OE hinges or their designated replacements.
