You changed cams, and now your air cleaner hits your leg?

there are slimmer air cleaners like the HD ventilator- these also may expose the throttle body servo motor plug and wiring...which is ugly

some riders extend the floorboards out a bit, I just am used to my right knee being a little farther out

no I can;t unsee it...it's as bad as dropped font fender where the radius no longer matches the tire, wheel or brake disks...

the chrome "covers" are just as bad as they interrupt the line of the pushrods against the black motor...black is better, looks less like a piece of pie-plate stuck on there

Default Servo Plug Heat Shrink Fix

I've always hated how ugly the Servo Plug was with the Big Sucker air cleaner. Installed some 1 1/4" heat shrink tubing on it and I think it looks so much better. New member and just wanted to share as my wife could give two farts about it!

@FLHTCUYaLater, nice work with the heat shrink tubing. H-D started to use a rubber boot to cover the exposed wires in 2013 or 2014 so that's what I used on my bike. The part number is 69200437 if anyone else wants to know.

I feel the same way about my "blacked out" Road Glide. That's why I changed the lifter blocks and pushrod tubes to black when I did my Stage 2. The chrome was fugly. Now, if it wasn't such a PIA to change the lower rocker boxes I would swap those chrome ones for the red ones...

@Chad1200 Love it! I searched for one of those before I went with the heat shrink but could never find it so thanks for providing the part number. Did you have to remove the plug from the wires to get it installed?
