Radio static

I installed Custom Dynamics Knight Riderz LED bar on my 2014 Ultra Limited and now have bad radio static when I use the brakes and turn signals. Anyone have any idea what could cause this problem? Do I need some kind of filter?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
