Hi, I'm new to the HD forum and I need some help/advice.
I have a 2008 Road King that just started acting up by not starting. When I turn the ignition on I do NOT hear the fuel pump being activated. I ran a diagnostic and this is what showed up:
P:
P1003 System Relay Contacts Open
P1511 EFI Power Management Mode
P2102 EFI Motor Circuit Range Performance (Actuation Error)
S:
U1016 Loss of ECM ......
Sp and T listed none.
I checked the fuses and all were good.
Any suggestions as to what I should do before calling the dealership and having them pick up the bike and work on it at their shop?

Welcome,
Check your battery connections and if good change the system relay(which are known to fail)
on some models you can swap the System relay with the starter relay to test the system.
