Just got done installing some yaffe 12" bars on my SG. Arms are bent just a bit. I go on longer rides. Haven't taken it out yet. From this pic and the way my arms are set. Can you guys with taller bars give advice on if I should pull them back some more, or if this would be good for lets say, 500 miles in a day.
What I would do is sit on the bike, close your eyes and put your arms out to where they are comfortable. Than adjust the bars as needed. That's what I did when my bars went on and haven't touched them in 4 years.
