Some tuning devices will allow you to adjust idle rpm, but that can be risky: below the stock setting you risk too low oil pressure at hot idle. What is it at now? Stock is generally at about 950-1000, I wouldn't go below that.
I have an 09- slightly different programing than yours ( TBW).
with a V&H fuelpak 3 you can look at and alter the idle tables if you want.
the high idle is required for oil pressure and volume- with is part of the cooling system and eases expansion of the steel vs aluminum parts when warming up.
