How do you adjust the idle on a 2007 Road King? My friend has a bone stock 2007 Road King that runs fine, but at idle, the engine is vibrating and jumping all over the place. Is there an idle adjustment on the throttle body such as cold/hot idle adjustment screws? I did a search and cannot find how to adjust the idle on a 2007 Road King.
My '07 RK idles between 900 and 1000 rpm and the motor shakes quite a bit, but that's because it's rubber mounted. My father couldn't believe how much it shook whe he first saw it, but then again, he has a Softail Classic with a balanced motor.

last summer the first time i hooked up with a guy i used to work with for a ride, when we came to a stop he commented on how much the motor on my road king looked like it was shake, rattling and rollin. i told him it was an upgrade! he has a 94 or 95 RK, i can't remember now, it does not shake anywhere as much as my 07. i also had a 02 RK and i don't remember it vibrated as much as the 96 CI engine. i think its normal or thats what harley would tell ya. you can tell your friend what i told mine, its an upgrade that the dealer did'nt let him know about.
Nope, you can't adjust idle speed with PCIII, just fuel/air ratio.......I kinda like the way mine shakes at a stop light.....folks have commented it looks like the engine is abeast waiting to pounce.
