At any rate, the parts supply for production is kept separate from the supply for service. If it's what Dawg has pictured, they are called standoff's in the electronics world. Can be picked up anywhere that sells electronics, computer components, or electrical supply houses. Easily found online. Just need the specs on thread size and length of stand off.
The are also called all thread nuts for 1/4" and larger thread sizes then you just loctite a long set screw or correct sized length of all thread in to complete the unit, available at any decent hardware store like Ace.
