Default 1989 Electra Glide rack?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out on giving me a PN or name of this rack? I removed my tour pak and the metal plate it mounts too is a huge eye sore so I would like to dress up the back of the bike by just putting a rack on it. This image is from google and I can't find anything else on this type of rack other then random pictures that pop up on google. Thanks

I don't know what rack that is but you could just take the rack off. I think the front mount on that spaces your shock out so you would have to make a spacer or use washers or do like I did on my 87 and cut the spacer off of the rack and reuse it. You can also get the rear quick detach for 97-08 and put on if you want to still be able to use your tourpack. The front detach used for a backrest won't work with your bags but the rear for the tourpack does.

Had that style on my EVO. Nothing of it available anymore not even the plastic pop in plugs that I had to find from a bulk shop. Not even listed in the manuals for the '84 just shown as part of the rear supports.

I used Ronnie's to try to find parts for mine:

I have a buddy that has a '93 Electra Glide. He needed that same rack for the same reason as you. I found him a used one on Ebay. I see it listed in my '99 Harley catalog. It's a 53405-87b. Came on 87-93 FLHS and 95-96 FLHT Standard models. It also comes with a passenger backrest bar mounted to it. Type that part number into google and select images and you will see several pics of it.
