Default Heritage Bars

Hello everyone. I decided to change my handlebars to heritage bars. I've run into a bit of a problem. The wiring bundles appear to be quite a bit to short. The brake line also is to short even after straightening the brake line. My question is am I supposed to cut the tie wraps on the wiring and brake line under the center of the bars? I read that this needed to done when installing wide glide bars and wondered if it was also required when installing heritage bars. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, cut the wire tires and move the clutch cable to the back side on the inner fairing. It will work, been done by many, do a search for road glide bar changes and you will get plenty of info.

I just switched to Heritage bars last weekend and all I had to do was straighten the brake line and lose the 2 lower wire holders on the the bottom of the handlebars. It was a stretch on the right side but everything fit (a second pair of hands would have helped on the throttle side but I got it done by myself).
