Folks, I have a front wheel that is 19" would like a 21" wheel first all will I have to make any mods to the bike? second of all I have a wrapper fender, will the 21" fit that fender?
if your talking about your 09, the 21" will work if you have a 21" wrapper fender. or u can oblong the current holes and tip the fender forward (raise the back) and it will work. the also offer spacer kits too. Arlen ness is the cheapest i found. 14 and ups the only way to do it is with the riser kit. 14 and up fenders have the nuts welded on the fender where as 13 and down had a bolt and a nut....hope i helped and didnt confuse you..
