go with the same style Chrome front and back just Dont buy the Chrome pulley and Rear Disk for the back because you will never see those chrome peices tucked behind the saddlebags. What kind of chrome screws are you useing to hold your shield in?
They are chrome skulls that I found at jp cycles, they screw into the well nuts.
Hey ROLLNTIGER. My $.02...Do both wheels. (You'll feel better about it)Do Chrome.(looks better and less time to clean)Do Metz.(better handling and ride IMO)I recently got a set of Weld wheels, new tires(ME880s), mounted, balanced and DELIVERED for under $1500 from shooter 64. Bart is a first class guy with quality products and customer service like you don't see much anymore. my wheels were last years model, who cares...can you tell? I cannot. I mounted and cleaned them up, put a coat of wax on them and after riding wipe em with a damp lint free cloth to really bring out the shine. I also have a chrome front end and coult not imagine putting anything up there that didn't shine! Good luck and post pics of your new wheels soon!I also went with a Hawg HaltersChrome 6 pot caliper and matching rotor. Stops way better that the 2 rotor set up after seating the new pads.
Definitely do both wheels. I tried doing just the front and put a solid on the rear but just wasn't happy with it. No, you couldn't hardly see the rear on my SG with it standing up straight, but when it was on the sidestand when I usually could see it, the mismatched wheel just didn't do it for me.
