Default Ceramic Coating who does it good

So my build is running way to Fing hot
Last night with 80 degree weather my wife had to put her right leg up on the crash bar by the bags.Just running around intown.

Already added Mighty Mite fans and have had a professional Dyno Tune the build.

I may need to wrap or get this V&H HO pipe coated, leaning to the coating
Any known shops that will coat the head pipe inside and outside? My local powder coater wants to paint it. Im not too Keen on that idea.

Try Rivco rear passenger boards. Fully adjustable and get her feet away from the heat.

Do you have an oil cooler?

Not so sure on checking of functionality of it but I am sure that the stockers do not do real well.
A guy I know had an 09 Ultra and put on the oil cooler and he said fully loaded and 2 up he was still running 300 degrees.
When he told me that I bought an oil bud cooler. It is a passive type of cooler in that it fits under your bike and is recessed in your frame rather than sticking out on your down tubes. I know with it that I never got over 270 if that and that was on a 90+ degree day.
After 7 years of use it was leaking and one of the bolt holes on the adapter plate completely stripped out which virtually rendered it useless.
I also had some leaks in it periodically so I decided that I would chuck it and did.
My HD oil temp gauge says now that I am running 270 on a 84 degree day.
I am monitoring my oil temp gauge now just to see how hot it is getting.
I am assuming on a 90 + degree day I will be 300 or more.

Do you have an oil temp gauge now?
That would be good for a start if you don't just to see what your mighty mites are doing or not doing.
I feel that with what you have with the fans and an oil cooler that something is a miss for you and that you probably shouldn't be hitting much over 220 if that?

Also I don't know what you're running for floor boards for your wife but you can get extensions that will stick out further than right over your slipon.

Right now I am contemplating getting an Ultracool oil cooler as it sits on the downtubes as your's does now but it has fans on it.

This outfit had been out before but it had issues that have been remedied and now it appears to be just what I am looking for.
I don't have the mighty mites or the wardwerks fans but that may be something that needs to be added to the mix too for my situation.

There is an outfit that I found in Salt Lake City that does ceramic coating but it would not be cheap.

I see you are running a 117 motor, that is going to be hot. That's a very big air cooled motor. I am running just a little 103 and I have a refer oil cooler with a fan, and a Fuel Moto ceramic coated head pipe. The pipe a difference in the heat. But air cooled motor run hot, the bigger the more heat.

Jet Hot. Good company. I just sprayed mine with House of Kolor high heat black with HVLP equipment. Worked well for me.

I've got all the adders to cool down the bike. Wards fans, oil cooler with wards t-stat, tuned, coated pipes etc.
Passenger board area is still pretty darn warm.
When it's really hot I just remove the lowers which provide more airflow across the passenger floor boards.

If the bikes running that hot, I doubt if the material you use to coat the pipes are gonna make all that much difference in terms of comfort...but hey...I could be wrong. It's happened before.
