problem import gpx file

Default problem import gpx file
When i try to import a gpx flie form a usb stick the system tells me that there are no NAV files availible. Ask the dealer about this issue and they tried it with different usb drivers but with the same result. What is happening here?

Have you tried putting any music on the usb and see if it will read them?

USB stick the bike doesn't like? Is it properly formatted?

Sorry, whe tried different USB sticks but the problem is the same

Try reformatting the stick in Fat32. Have the gpx file the only file on the stick in the main root directory not in a folder.

It looks like you need to install a gpx extension, be sure to check out this tool - https://www.filetypeadvisor.com/extension/gpx . I'm 100% positive you will find the solution there.

What kind (make & model) of GPS are you using ? Importing file to GPS device or computer ?

This will test the physical interface.
