Question touring backrest

I just picked up a CVO ultra saphire blue bike a few weeks ago with 8k on it and all stock from a dealer. It was bascially brand new. Missing was the backrest that was supposed to be with the bike. As a new bike it was included. So i ordered the OEM bracket and backrest. I just got the bracket and backrest will be in nxt week. So my question is when installing the bracket I see there are different adjustment holes. I am 6'2 210 lbs. Im just wondering what setting would be pretty close to someone with the same size on the bracket. So just a good estimate for a starting point, I know it is a personal thing for the proper spot. thanks Jeff

Does the owners manual offer any tips?
