Modern bikes with all the electronics always have a current draw. I don't remember the exact numbers but it is in the mA range.
Correct. But if OP charges for over a day & doesn't get to float charge, the off draw may be higher than normal, more than that mA draw that is normal.

He has it on a 1.25A charger. If the bike is drawing more than that, or even close to it, his battery would not start the bike after a day or so. And he says it does.
I'd be far more suspect of a failing battery than a large parasitic draw. Which is why I asked about battery voltage and condition in my first reply.
The symptoms he describes are usually one of two things. Either the charger itself or a bad battery. Assuming, of course, wiring and fuses are good. He's swapped the charger so my bet is battery followed by wiring.
