MeanCity usually does good work, but on my 2016 SGS seat they used standard staples to reattach covering and the staples turned into pure rust.It was easier for me to buy some stainless staples since I already had a staple gun,and remove rusted staples after installing new stainless staples.I don't know if this is a common problem with their work or a one time thing, but if your thinking of them re-doing your seat,I would ask them what kind of staples they are using.
So, question... I have a '17 RGU. I really like the seat for about the first hour. From there on out, it is crippling. Lower back and tailbone pain make riding miserable. So what do they do, other than change out the foam and cover to make it better, and how do they fit the seat to the rider with other mod's.
I do have a call into them, but must have missed them for the weekend.

When you do the order they want to know height , weight & inseam .
They are great to deal with . If you want to change material or thread
they'll send material & thread samples . I couldn't be happier with mine .
I had the seating areas done in leather & the backrest covered to match .
