I've been wanting something like this a few yrs ago when I put my 12" bars on. I've been living with the mirror issue because I hate the bar mounted mirrors, but if someone came out with something that'd be great. Hopefully someone comes up with an adapter to continue using our fairing mirrors just angled lower.. and doesn't charge something outrageous trying to become rich off it..
When I had a bike with a batwing fairing, my friend gave me a set of those mirrors. After wasting time putting them on, I couldn't see past myself. Useless if your a big guy. I then bought a set of Police mirrors with longer stems. Now I don't have to lean to the side to see behind me.,,,
Such a simple deal. If you don't want to pop for the fairing mirror lowering kits...and yes, they are expensive. ..then install a set of mirrors on the bars!
I've confronted this issue twice. Did a search on the World Wide Web, decided against the relocation kits due to price, installed a set of mirrors on the bars, simple as that.

Not of my bike, heres the ones i have, this is the trim kit, mirrors sold separately. Total new is about $300. Kuryakyn makes a set that is less money. Google windshield trim mirrors, should find pics.
