Chewed wires

Has anyone else had this problem ?.....The GPS on my 2017 streetglide started to act crazy,going off the the beaten path and not reading correctly. Brought it to the dealership(they were great) and when they opened up the fairing, a mother mouse and 4 kids ran out. I asked how to stop this from happening again and they had no answer. Other than a cat,which would get on the cars and scratch them, any other ideas? Thanks ahead of time. I have no garage, bike is covered when not riding.

Similar post elsewhere in the forum recently. My same answer here. I have a few electronic pest devices and that is what works for me.

You've got to seal it. If you're leaving it outside with a cover, they like hidden spaces and will return. Try a bubble, but it needs venting to prevent condensation.

Welcome to the forum...we had a mouse problem at work until we got these neutered cats from some sort of agency...they're like rent-a-cats or something...any way mouse problem solved. Of course you can try mouse traps, but cats are natures way of dealing.
